How to Make Liquid Soap.
Liquid soap can be used for multiple purposes at home. You can use them for washing dishes, cleaning and doing laundry. Liquid soap is mild on skin. It won't burn your skin like some detergents. It also cleans clothes very well and doesn't weaken the colour or texture of the clothes. It gives your clothes new look all the time.
Now we are going to look at the ingredients needed in producing 20 litres of soap.

RECIPES
1. Nitrosol 130g
2. Caustic soda 100g
3.Soda ash 350g
4. SLS rice ( Sodium laurel sulphate ) or Texapon 200g
5. STPP ( Sodium tripoly phosphate) 150g
6.Sulphonic 1/2 litre
7. Foaming booster 1/2
8. Colour 50g
9. Perfume 40mil.

Precautions to take before production

1.Do not have direct contact with these chemicals on skin.

2. Use a nose mask to avoid inhaling the chemicals

3. Do not bring the chemicals near flame.

4. Do not taste the chemicals.

Steps for production.

1. Pour 15 litres of water to a big bowl.

2. Add Nitrosol and dissolve very fast using a big turning stick. Stir it until it is fully dissolved and thick.

3.Pour the caustic soda in a separate bowl and add little water to dissolve while stirring. Then turn it to the big bowl containing Nitrosol.

4.Pour the soda ash in a separate bowl and add little water to dissolve
while stirring, then add it to the big bowl of Nitrosol and Caustic Soda and stir to mix properly.

5.Dissolve the SLS rice in a separate bowl with little water while stirring, then add it to the big bowl. Stir to mix very well.

6.Dissolve the STPP in a separate bowl with water. Then add it to the big bowl while stirring.

7. Pour the Sulphonic into the big bowl and stir properly to mix up and avoid lumps.

8. Pour in the foaming booster and stir to mix up.

9.  Dissolve the colour in a separate bowl with water and add to the big bowl. Then stir properly

10. Pour in the perfume and stir properly.

11. Add water to get 20 litres and also, if the soap is too thick, you can add water to get your desired texture.

12.Allow the soap to stand for 24hrs.
There you have it, your soap is ready for sale or use.
